offer a lifetime warranty on materials and
workmanship for all products manufactured by Intent.
‘Lifetime’ referring to a reasonable life expectancy of
the product. We make an awesome product and want our customers
to be happy, but don’t expect your bag to look brand new after
years or even months of use and abuse. Please include return postage
when sending in items requiring our attention. Repairs will be be
made at no cost to you. If the item cannot
be repaired and we determine there to be a manufacturers defect we
will replace the item in question.
If you feel our product did not live up to your expectations please
let us know. We welcome your feedback and suggestions. How else
can we make better products.
